The Riverside Track & Field team is unable to practice or compete in the High Jump or the Pole Vault events due to a lack of equipment. The original equipment from when the school was new in 1991 is no longer safe to use after 20+ years of weather, wear, & tear. Buying new equipment at $15,000+ is out of our reach budget-wise.
Coach Brown would also love to have help locating some used - but still usable - equipment. If you have contacts at Duke, UNC, NC Central, or anywhere else that may have extra High Jump or Pole Vault pads gathering dust somewhere, please let Coach Brown know - email@example.com.
